Income & Unemployment Cover
Income & Unemployment is protection often known as Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance or Accident Sickness and Unemployment cover. Benefits are payable if you were to be made redundant or be unable to work because of illness or having had an accident.
You would be unable to claim benefits from the Government for up to 39 weeks for financial support to cover the costs towards your mortgage.
The benefits on this plan are typically payable after 30 or 60 days after your problem occurs depending on the product that is chosen and are payable for between 12 months up to 24 months.
